⚠ Untreated finding — Left 3rd trochanter entheseopathy
Bone scan (ESMR) showed focal, very intense IRU at left mid-femur (3rd trochanter region), with ultrasound confirming entheseous remodeling. This finding has never been directly treated. Right-side primary injury has driven compensatory left-side loading. Shockwave has stronger published evidence for enthesopathies than mesotherapy. Raise directly with Dr. Smith at next appointment.
